At Maryfield West, each resident has their own individual care plan which outlines their health and care needs. These plans are assessed regularly which allows staff to be as responsive as possible if any concerns are identified.

Every one of our team is dedicated to providing excellence in care, comfort and companionship. For example, all of our Housekeepers are also trained Carers: having the ability to put our residents’ needs first is incredibly important.
Our qualified nursing team provide 24-hour care to our residents. The team are highly skilled and are fully trained to provide the highest standard of care to those with high dependency needs, physical disabilities and when required, professional and compassionate palliative care services.
Residents at Maryfield West who require simple support with everyday activities, such as mobility, or help with simpler tasks such as washing, dressing or eating, will find many highly trained and dedicated staff to assist them.

People living with dementia and other forms of cognitive illness need very specialised support, which is why we have a number of highly trained team members at Maryfield West. Having these people on our team, allows us to care for residents in the most supportive way possible – promoting active lives and delivering care that is focused on independence and well-being of each individual and their family.
